Coming Soon to a Community Near You

Mobile Care for You, an expansion of the Roper St. Francis Mobile Health Program, will bring clinical and supportive services directly to residents across seven counties in 2027:

  • Charleston

  • Berkeley

  • Dorchester

  • Williamsburg

  • Colleton

  • Horry

  • Georgetown

The unit will help bring care closer to people who may face transportation, distance and other barriers to accessing healthcare services.  

 Mobile Care for You features two exam rooms, including one designed for both medical and dental care, as well as a patient waiting and intake area, lab space and wheelchair lift. Mobile Care for You will provide a range of services, including:    

  • Primary and preventive care   

  • Health screenings   

  • Vaccinations   

  • HIV prevention  

  • HIV Care   

  • Testing and treatment linkage    

  • STI testing and treatment   

  • PrEP education and navigation   

  • Care coordination   

  • Health education   

  • Preventive dental services
