Rebecca Hill

Pharmacist

Rebecca Hill serves as the Pharmacist-in-Charge at Avita Pharmacy, where she oversees pharmacy operations and provides medication therapy management and patient-centered pharmacy care for the HSC community. Through her role, Rebecca works closely with patients to ensure they receive the individualized support, education and expertise needed to manage their medications and overall health.

Originally from Maine, Rebecca earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Husson University in Bangor. She is also an American Academy of HIV Medicine Certified Pharmacist (AAHIVP), reflecting her specialized clinical training and commitment to providing expert care for individuals who are at risk for or living with HIV/AIDS. Rebecca relocated to Charleston nearly four years ago and has partnered with the HSC for three years.

For Rebecca, one of the most meaningful parts of her work is the close relationships she develops with her patients and the opportunity to make a positive difference in their lives. She believes exceptional healthcare begins with trust and strives to ensure every patient feels heard, valued and respected.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling and reading whenever she gets the chance. A foodie at heart, she also loves discovering new restaurants and memorable meals.
